The first step in our process is an in-depth interview to get to know you - how your business works, what is workable for you on the Web, and what your vision of your website is. We use this information to produce a detailed website outline. Then, we review and refine this outline to develop the right strategy for your business.

Consultation at this level is offered at no cost. The result of our consultation with you is a clear definition of what you hope to achieve and the first step of development - your website outline. We also present a fixed-price bid at this time (see below for an introduction to our rates). Once both the website outline and bid are negotiated and a deposit is made, we move onto active development of your website.
